Jackfruit bolognese, hearty, healthy and fabulous

One can of cooked, drained and shredded young jackfruit
One chopped onion
Can of chopped tomatoes
One green pepper chopped
One cubed courgette
Garlic and seasoning to taste
2tbsp bbq sauce
Cooked spaghetti – I used quinoa

Cook onion, pepper and courgette first, add all other ingredients and mix well, cooking for a further 5 minutes all together
