First vegan cauliflower pizza with ‘pepperoni’, peppers, tomato, onion and ‘cream cheese’

… very tasty !

One medium cauli blitzed into ‘rice’
Mix with one can of chickpea juice/aquafaba
Add salt and pepper
Mix and spread into a base, bake for 20 mins at 200 degrees
Add toppings and cook for another 10 mins
