Fancy a kebab, well here is my amazing recipe for an authentic kebab, vegan style!


  • Level easy: medium
  • Prep time: 20 mins
  • Cook time: 1hr 15mins if seitan not already made



  • Warm flatbread and construct kebab
  • First smear 1tbsp of tomato sauce kebab style across top half of flatbread
  • Across the bottom half smear 1tbsp hummus
  • Across the centre line of the flatbread put lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cabbage
  • Onto veggies add a generous handful of seitan doner style
  • Add to taste both the hot chilli sauce kebab style and yogurt dressing kebab style
  • Fold the flatbread at both left and right sides, fold the bottom part of the wrap over the centre contents and tuck in as much as possible to form a neat wrap – the sauces on the flatbread will help the bread stick. Alternatively leave the sides untucked and simply wrap over to serve
