  • 1 large marrow
  • 50g v-cheese
  • 1 vegetable stock cube


  • Put cubed marrow with vegetable stock until just covered
  • Boil marrow until soft
  • Put marrow into a blender with the v-cheese, and add enough stock to cover the blades
  • Blend until smooth
  • Heat and serve
